Polish American Engineers Club in Silicon Valley cordially invites to a fascinating presentation on nuclear proliferation. This, always timely, subject will be lectured by Dr. John E. Fields whose academic background in atomic physics and quantum optics extends to technical issues related to consequences of nuclear proliferation.
